Line Cook
As a Line Cook at Costa Vida, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing fresh, flavorful Mexican dishes from scratch every day. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and speed both matter.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Costa Vida recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- 1+ year of kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of dedicated crew members during your shifts, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, outstanding guest experiences, and consistent food quality. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience in the food service industry.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
- Open and close the restaurant following company procedures
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
- 2+ years of food service experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification (preferred)
Cashier & Guest Service Team Member
Be the welcoming face of Costa Vida! You'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. No prior experience needed — we'll train you from day one.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter and drive-through
- Process cash and card transactions using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area throughout each shift
- Assist with restocking supplies and packaging orders as needed
- Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
- Must be 16 years or older; flexible schedules available for students
Catering Coordinator
Coordinate and manage catering orders for corporate clients, events, and celebrations. You'll work closely with both the kitchen team and customers to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences outside our walls.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Handle catering inquiries, proposals, and order management from start to finish
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and repeat clients
- Process invoices and maintain accurate catering records
- 2+ years experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Restaurant General Manager
Lead all operations at a Costa Vida location, from staffing and training to financial performance and guest satisfaction. As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success and team culture.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards are upheld
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing team members
- Manage P&L, labor scheduling, food cost, and inventory controls
- Drive sales growth and implement local marketing initiatives
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for guest experience
